Appointment Setter – Talent Acquisition
Job Description
Engage with candidates daily via LinkedIn and other platforms using personalized messages. Manage inbound replies and maintain a clean inbox daily. Quickly qualify candidates through chat and short calls when necessary. Schedule qualified candidates on our calendars. Track, label, and update leads inside Airtable/ClickUp. Utilize automated outreach systems and manual follow-ups to ensure high response rates. Ensure fast response times are maintained. Report directly to the Head of Fulfillment. Meet KPIs related to response time, calls booked, and qualified conversations. Keep pipelines organized by avoiding ghosted leads and messy statuses. Understand candidate intent, availability, and expectations before scheduling. Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Interview Managers to align daily priorities. Propose process improvements to streamline outreach.
Qualifications
1. Background in ecommerce, recruiting, staffing, or appointment setting is preferred. 2. Comfortable with daily outreach and handling numerous conversations. 3. Strong written English skills are essential for messaging candidates. 4. Must be organized, proactive, and reliable. 5. Experience tracking leads and following established systems. 6. Familiarity with CRM tools; Airtable/ClickUp experience is advantageous. 7. Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy. 8. Confident in conducting warm, natural conversations. 9. Must have an ownership mindset and be self-motivated.
