Appointment Setter

Job Description

Initiate outbound calls and emails to engage potential clients. Evaluate leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments. Maintain and accurately update CRM records. Follow up with responsive leads and re-engage dormant prospects. Achieve daily and weekly appointment-setting goals.

Qualifications

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 2. Confident, resilient, and target-driven personality. 3. Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles is advantageous. 4. Comfortable using CRM tools and email platforms. 5. Ability to work UK business hours.
