Job Description

Engage in transforming AI use cases into scalable, production-ready solutions. Standardize processes, drive measurable business impact, and champion data science best practices across teams. Communicate AI platform capabilities, translating complex ideas into clear value for stakeholders. Develop and analyze operational, marketing, and organizational data to understand Compassion's business segments. Create innovative strategies to quantify organizational performance. Conduct data analysis to understand relationships, opportunities, and cross-channel outcomes. Enhance proofs of concept to verify ideas and ensure solutions perform as expected. Translate technical concepts for non-technical members, enabling informed decisions and AI adoption.

Qualifications

1. Seven years of relevant experience in the Data field. 2. Strong hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments. 3. Proven ability to perform exploratory data analysis and select algorithms based on business outcomes and data characteristics. 4. Hands-on experience with AWS (SageMaker) for model development and deployment. 5. Experience with modern data platforms like Snowflake and enterprise data warehouses. 6. Demonstrated ability to act as an AI evangelist—guiding non-technical teams and promoting best practices. 7. Strong ability to quantify impact, including cost savings and ROI. 8. Experience partnering with stakeholders and translating technical concepts into actionable insights.
