Job Description

As an Application Support Analyst, you will: 1. Perform intermediate-level technical analysis (L2) to resolve complex incidents. 2. Execute troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents in production environments. 3. Monitor applications, services, and infrastructure to ensure availability and performance. 4. Analyze logs, metrics, and alerts to identify failures and degradations. 5. Respond to critical incidents and recurring problems, conducting root cause analyses (RCA). 6. Support deployment and release processes, and perform post-deployment validations. 7. Collaborate with development, QA, and Cloud teams to address incidents and implement improvements. 8. Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation and a knowledge base. 9. Propose continuous improvements focused on system stability, performance, and reliability. 10. Perform queries on relational and non-relational databases.

Qualifications

To succeed as an Application Support Analyst, you need: 1. Expertise in incident analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution. 2. Proficiency in monitoring applications, services, and infrastructure. 3. Skill in analyzing logs, metrics, and alerts. 4. Experience in handling critical incidents and recurring problems (RCA). 5. Knowledge of support for deployments, releases, and post-deployment validations. 6. Ability to collaborate with development, QA, and Cloud teams. 7. Capability to create and update technical documentation and a knowledge base. 8. A knack for proposing improvements to stability, performance, and reliability. 9. Ability to perform queries on relational and non-relational databases.
