Application Engineer

Job Description

Join our regional sales team as an Application Engineer, providing technical support for S&C products and services. You'll address customer challenges, match solutions to their needs, and collaborate with various departments. Attend customer meetings, prepare proposals, and support product trials to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.Regular travel is required to customer sites, industry events, and for business support.

Qualifications

1. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. 2. Valid Passport. 3. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical degree. 4. Three years of experience within the electrical power industry or equivalent. 5. Practical knowledge of electrical power systems. 6. Foundational knowledge of medium voltage products and industry standards. 7. Business acumen and analytical skills to translate technical information. 8. Analytical and problem-solving skills. 9. Good communication (written, verbal, listening, and presentation) skills. 10. Good interpersonal skills to foster collaborative relationships. 11. Practical organizational, planning, and project management skills. 12. Industry knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape. 13. Ability to travel as required.
