Application Engineer – Fluid Handling Solutions

Job Description

As an Application Engineer focusing on Fluid Handling Solutions, your responsibilities include: - Defining product and service requirements based on customer input and related Thermoplastic hose applications. - Providing technical training to both customers and internal teams. - Offering technical support for claims and performance-related concerns. - Addressing technical inquiries and recommending improvements. - Ensuring thorough documentation of product performance through data collection and analysis. - Supporting innovation by gathering market/customer feedback and identifying customer needs. - Leading and supporting customer-specific projects, collaborating with all relevant stakeholders. - Applying product engineering tools, adhering to specific requirements, and providing input for enhancements. - Working closely with other Business Areas and Central Functions within the organization.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have: 1. A Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a technical field. 2. Experience in R&D, applications engineering, and/or sales engineering. 3. Demonstrated experience leading a project team. 4. Preferable experience in thermoplastic hose applications.
