Job Description
Join ANDRITZ as an APC Sales Manager and spearhead sales initiatives with clients, sales representatives, and the internal sales team. Seek out potential customers through networking and market research. * Engage directly with clients to understand project needs, technical details, features, benefits, and commercial terms. * Cultivate and maintain a sales pipeline in accordance with company goals using the CRM system. * Deepen your expertise in Dustex products and air pollution control technologies through training and research. * Collaborate with the sales team on proposal development, budgeting, and scheduling. * Nurture strong customer relationships, offering technical support and solutions. * Create and deliver presentations and proposals showcasing the value of air pollution control solutions. * Implement individual sales plans. * Partner with engineering teams to develop customized solutions. * Provide feedback on market trends. * Stay updated on air quality regulations. * Contribute to marketing strategies. * Attend conferences, meetings, trade shows, and training events. * Generate reports, sales plans, and forecasts. * Resolve customer conflicts promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
1. Engineering degree preferred. 2. Proven sales experience in the industry. 3. Experience with commercial terms and contract negotiations. 4. Familiarity with air pollution control technologies and industrial processes. 5. Experience with budgeting, estimating, and proposal development. 6. Experience with CRM systems.
