Job Description

As an Analytics Manager at Wing, you will: - Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights, driving data-informed strategies. - Identify optimal data sources to address ambiguous business questions, ensuring analysis accuracy and actionability for delivery improvements. - Design and construct robust models to evaluate tradeoffs and quantify the impact of strategic decisions on delivery operations. - Conduct comprehensive scenario analyses and sensitivity testing to underpin crucial strategic decisions regarding our delivery systems. - Synthesize intricate analytical findings into clear, executive-level recommendations for senior leadership, guiding future delivery strategies. - Strategize, develop, and scale dashboards, automated workflows, and self-serve analytics to operationalize insights across the organization, enhancing our delivery capabilities. - Partner with leadership to reframe ambiguous challenges into well-defined analytical questions, directly contributing to Wing's delivery innovations.

Qualifications

To be successful as an Analytics Manager, you should have: 1. 8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, business analytics, consulting, or strategic data roles. 2. A Bachelor's/Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., data analytics, mathematics). 3. Strong proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and applied analytics, utilizing tools such as SQL, Excel, and Python. 4. Proven ability to navigate ambiguous, complex business problems and translate them into actionable solutions. 5. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, capable of presenting complex analyses in a clear and decision-focused manner. 6. Experience in constructing scenario models, forecasts, and tradeoff analyses to inform and guide business decisions. 7. Demonstrated leadership and ownership mindset, with the capacity to manage end-to-end project lifecycles, prioritize impactful workstreams, and deliver measurable results across cross-functional teams. 8. A proven track record of influencing decisions and collaborating effectively with leadership across various functions to enhance delivery strategies.
