Analytics Engineer

Job Description

Seeking an Analytics Engineer to derive impactful insights from data, driving intelligence for Unified and its clients. Collaborate with team members to define and scope solutions to solve complex problems. Contribute to building, improving, and testing robust reporting and statistics solutions that will drive impact throughout the organization. Play a pivotal role in shaping data-driven strategies and enhancing decision-making processes.

Qualifications

1. 1-3+ years of advanced programming skills in Python. 2. Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of RDBMs like Postgres and Redshift. 3. Experience with ETL processing and data wrangling, including fetching, munging, cleaning, pivoting, analyzing, aggregating, distributing, and visualizing data. 4. Basic knowledge of statistics, algorithms, data structures, and machine learning. Additional skills that are considered a plus: 5. Experience with digital advertising technology. 6. Experience with AWS. 7. Experience with Spark and the big data ecosystem. 8. Experience using Git and the Unix command-line. 9. Familiarity with Airflow and Docker. 10. Familiarity calling RESTful web services, specifically social APIs (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). 11. Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Sisense). 12. Bachelor’s or higher in a quantitative field.
