Job Description
Collaborate closely with GASQ's partner brokers, clients, and insurers to ensure complete customer satisfaction in their overall relationship with GASQ. Manage the various stages of the group insurance sales process, including: Analyzing underwriting or renewal conditions, negotiating them with the insurer, and issuing a recommendation. Present underwriting or renewal conditions and recommendations directly to the client in certain cases. Meet with prospective clients to inform them about group insurance and determine their needs when required. Lead information meetings for employees on occasion. Maintain productive relationships with insurers. Help find solutions to problems encountered by clients in collaboration with the rest of the team and the insurer. Be proactive and anticipate the needs of brokers and clients. Adapt your speech to a clientele with different levels of understanding of group insurance. Represent GASQ at various industry events. Upon request, perform any other related tasks that may fall under this position.
Qualifications
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of group insurance is required, preferably in a sales position. 2. Hold a permit from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) allowing the sale of group insurance plans. 3. Good command of computer tools (office suite - Excel, Word and Outlook). 4. Fluency in French and English, both orally and in writing. 5. Ability to travel to meet clients (a valid driver's license and access to an automobile).
