Job Description

As an Analyst specializing in Reporting and Data Services, your primary responsibilities will include: Thoroughly reviewing client materials and preparing queries efficiently. Leveraging past experiences to support process improvement, aiming to enhance capabilities, efficiencies, and competitive advantages. Regularly reporting to and receiving information from your manager, while staying updated with the latest data collection technologies. Developing dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Forsta Viz. Ensuring seamless project delivery in collaboration with clients and operations teams, leading to high satisfaction. Creating deliverables such as dashboards, data manipulations, and advanced analytics solutions. Consistently delivering tasks in a timely manner and with high quality.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (B.E./B. Tech/MSc/MCA). 2. EXCEPTIONAL attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information. 3. Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. 4. Strong problem-solving skills with innovative thinking. 5. Good understanding of databases. 6. Basic knowledge of statistics. 7. Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken. 8. Desirable: MS Office experience (Excel, Word, PPT). 9. Coding experience in a programming language. 10. Market research experience, especially with healthcare surveys. 11. Experience in creating reports. 12. Personal Qualities: Organized, self-motivated, and self-directed. 13. Ingenuity, with a willingness and enthusiasm for learning new techniques. 14. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. 15. Ability to establish and manage relationships with clients, vendors, and coworkers. 16. Logical thinking skills.
