Analyst, Recycling Vendor & Financial Services Reporting

Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Service Provider Reporting, you will be responsible for reporting on the supply chain side of Circular Materials. You'll support collectors across Canada, administer the service provider claims submission process, and engage internally with the Operations team on contract setup, amendments, and supporting vendors with onboarding and reporting issues. Your tasks will include setting up and amending contracts and purchase orders, auditing claims, analyzing payment proposals, and other reporting and administrative duties. You will also provide training and guidance on reporting standards, manage system contracts using SAP, respond to service provider inquiries, monitor claims through the We Recycle portal, and validate the accuracy of submissions. You will create purchase orders following claim validation, report irregularities and service provider performance issues, and maintain pricing tables within SAP.

Qualifications

1. Post-secondary diploma/degree in purchasing, business administration, supply chain, or a related field. 2. Equivalent or relevant experience will also be considered. 3. Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is considered an asset. 4. 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role. 5. Technical expertise and process optimization skills. 6. Experience with PO and contract set-up in a supply chain environment. 7. Proficiency in analyzing large data sets to derive actionable insights in Excel. 8. Experience building relationships with vendors and maintaining vendor records. 9. End-user expertise with SAP and SharePoint is an asset. 10. Experience in waste management, materials management and logistics, or related operational business activities is an asset. 11. Strong computer skills, specifically in MS Excel (x-lookups, pivot tables).
