Job Description

As an Analyst at our organization, you will: Provide extensive technical knowledge and supervisory support to Application Analysts, including instruction, assignment, direction, and work review. Assist in the planning, organization, and control of section activities to align with IT and organizational objectives. Collaborate with client management to identify and document intricate business needs and processes across various development platforms, software, hardware, and tools. Coordinate application design, testing, and implementation efforts across multiple IT departments, including database, telecommunications, operations, and technical support. Serve as a skilled technical resource for development staff during all stages of the development and implementation lifecycle. Support all levels of supervision and take on management responsibilities in the Manager's absence. Lead projects when necessary, ensuring accountability and delivery across workstreams. Ensure that all project activities and documentation meet organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess: 1. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; an advanced degree is preferred. 2. Experience with Epic Beans System Build. 3. 5+ years of solid and varied IT work experience. 4. Active Epic Ambulatory certification and hands-on implementation experience are essential. 5. 3+ years of experience in Dialysis/Nephrology EMR implementation, or Epic Beacon certification and experience.
