Job Description

Drive the successful execution of improvement projects across the organization, boosting growth and profitability. Supervise the implementation of sustainable process enhancements, meticulously measuring and reporting outcomes. Use Six Sigma methodologies to achieve focused, quantifiable, and lasting improvements. Team up with leadership to foster continuous improvement initiatives. Contribute to the creation of detailed improvement strategies. Aid in the rollout of Lean, Six Sigma, ISO, and other tools for quality and process optimization. Oversee team communications, training, mentorship, and the promotion of a Lean-centric culture. Escalate critical business decisions to the appropriate management levels. Encourage the identification of workflow inefficiencies, advising on strategies to boost efficiency. Partner with stakeholders for comparative benchmarking and knowledge advancement. Establish metrics for assessing process improvements and facilitate the deployment of data collection instruments. Forge robust relationships with key functional leaders.

Qualifications

1. An advanced degree (MS, MBA) is highly desirable. 2. Possess a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience spearheading process improvement initiatives. 3. Showcase excellent communication abilities, demonstrating comfort interacting with all organizational levels, as well as external clients. 4. Exhibit strong leadership qualities, adept negotiation skills, and proficiency in conflict resolution. 5. Have experience utilizing a range of process improvement tools. 6. Demonstrate the capability to work autonomously in ambiguous and evolving situations. 7. Exhibit a proven ability to coordinate efforts across diverse disciplines and integrate all facets of business operations relevant to development projects, including negotiating scope, roles, responsibilities, specifications, timelines, and resource allocation throughout the organization. 8. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred. 9. Have a minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in lean methodologies, six sigma principles, continuous improvement practices, daily management, strategy implementation, change management, and effective problem-solving techniques. 10. Display a demonstrated proficiency in applying Lean principles across various contexts.
