Job Description

We are seeking an Analyst to develop and manage reports impacting customer experience and business outcomes. Key responsibilities include utilizing forecasts for accuracy assessment, researching and analyzing data for process enhancements, and spearheading projects aimed at operational improvements. The Analyst will also serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree preferred. 2. 7-10 Years of relevant work experience. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 4. Strong critical thinking skills. 5. Experience in Forecast Analysis. 6. Knowledge of Process Improvements.
