Job Description

We are looking for a Fiscal Analyst to support leaders in daily tasks, ensuring compliance with municipal and state tax obligations according to current legislation. Key responsibilities include: 1. Working with tax authorities for consultations, regularization of pending issues, and problem-solving, as well as interpreting legislation and guiding the team. 2. Providing technical support to internal areas, supporting audits and inspections with the provision of documents and information. 3. Proposing process improvements in interface with the IT area. 4. Staying updated on legal changes, training new employees, organizing digital files, and performing related activities as needed in the area.

Qualifications

To be considered for this Fiscal Analyst role, the following skills and knowledge are required: 1. Strong knowledge of Municipal, State, and Federal Legislation. 2. Familiarity with routines in the fiscal area. 3. Understanding of accounting principles. 4. System knowledge in Mastersaf, GB, Opera, Onbase, and Senior. 5. Intermediate proficiency in the Office Package. 6. Basic English.
