Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Analyst to be responsible for developing and maintaining the system's test strategy, constructing the necessary artifacts for test execution, maintaining updated test scripts and artifacts, and monitoring the development of demands from their conception. The successful candidate will maintain the entire structure that makes up the testing of involved systems, such as mass, scripts, artifacts, simulators, routines, and business processes of the systems; perform test management and planning, with the ability to generate basic test documentation such as strategy, plans, cases, and test scripts; create scripts in specific tools, automated and non-automated, as well as execute them, recording and analyzing the results; execute acceptance, compatibility, regression, integration, functional and non-functional tests (exploratory, connectivity, vulnerability, stress, and load) according to the needs of each demand (as per impact analysis or client-defined need); construct mocks, stubs, and/or simulators to enable test execution; evaluate the non-functional performance requirements of a system through the use of specific tools and monitors; monitor and track the test coverage levels of systems, promoting increased coverage whenever necessary; record errors found after test execution, relating them to relevant work products; evaluate the result of each test cycle; support managers and responsible teams in the validation of system demands; create tests based on business scenarios, model tests based on experience and defects; understand the functioning of systems under test; develop software test scenarios and identify common software failures and errors; understand business, requirements, programming, and testing to act as co-responsible for the entire development cycle; perform ATDD, BDD, and/or Specification by Example; perform the maintenance of system cycles (active validation) in defined environments, with daily, monthly, batch, and interface routines; plan/execute tests to align the scope of the discipline with the available time; evaluate the most common security aspects indicated by the OWASP organization.

Qualifications

1. Complete graduation in the area of Information Technology, or completion of any higher education course accompanied by a certificate of postgraduate course (specialization, master's, or doctorate) in the area of Information Technology of at least 360 hours. 2. REQUIRED CERTIFICATION: Present at least one of the following certifications, or equivalent: - ATC – Certified Test Analyst from IBQTS – Brazilian Institute of Quality in Software Testing; - CBTS - Brazilian Software Testing Certification from ALATS; - Latin American Software Testing Association or equivalent or similar certifications; - CTFL - Certified Tester Foundation Level - CTFL-AT - Certified Tester Foundation Level - Agile Tester certification from BSTQB or ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level - Agile Tester. 3. 3 years of experience in performing activities of planning, execution, and automation of functional and non-functional tests, in addition to the management of environments, test mass, and system security. 4. Knowledge in the execution and automation of software tests; Testing tools, bug tracking, mass generation, and automation (e.g., datapool); Validation of requirements in agile and traditional methodologies; OWASP criteria for security testing; Modeling of tests based on business scenarios and defects; Notations and technical documentation of tests.
