We are seeking an enthusiastic Collections Analyst to support the implementation of modern methodologies and innovative strategies in debt collection, challenging the status quo of current processes. The ideal candidate will develop automation and technological solutions that optimize operations and increase the efficiency of credit recovery. Responsibilities include: 1. Proposing and implementing new collection approaches, bringing market benchmarks and industry trends. 2. Elaborating and monitoring KPIs, transforming data into strategic decisions for delinquency control. 3. Conducting in-depth portfolio studies to identify opportunities and generate insights that improve the recovery rate. 4. Creating collection campaigns segmented by customer profile and communication channel, focusing on effectiveness. 5. Evaluating the performance of outsourced partners and proposing continuous improvement plans. 6. Building and revising credit recovery policies aligned with best practices. 7. Collaborating with legal, commercial, and financial areas in the implementation of integrated strategies.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess: 1. A completed degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, Law, or related areas. 2. Advanced Excel skills. 3. Strong analytical ability, with experience in building and monitoring indicators. Additional skills that would make you stand out: - Knowledge in Power BI, SQL, or Python. - Experience with process automation or digital collection tools. - Knowledge in GenIA for application in daily activities. - Experience in transformation or continuous improvement projects.
