Job Description

Seeking an AI Video Editor to produce engaging content for a global e-commerce beauty brand. Responsibilities include: - Generating and enhancing video content for paid ads, social media, and marketing campaigns using AI video tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, Sora, HeyGen, and ElevenLabs. - Combining AI-generated footage with raw assets to create high-quality, conversion-focused videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. - Rapidly producing multiple creative variations using AI workflows to support A/B testing and performance optimization. - Utilizing AI tools to auto-generate captions, voiceovers, sound effects, transitions, and motion elements. - Crafting prompts and creative briefs to guide AI tools toward outputs that align with the brand's identity and quality standards. - Collaborating with the marketing and creative team to develop and execute AI-enhanced content strategies. - Continuously monitoring AI tool developments, social media trends, and platform algorithm changes to keep content fresh and effective. - Maintaining organized libraries of AI-generated assets, prompts, and project files for repeatability and efficiency. - Delivering projects on time while maintaining quality across a high volume of content.

Qualifications

Seeking a candidate with: 1. Hands-on experience with AI video generation and editing tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, Sora, HeyGen, Synthesia, or equivalent. 2. Strong understanding of prompt engineering for video, image, and audio generation. 3. Solid foundation in traditional video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro) to refine and polish AI outputs. 4. Deep familiarity with short-form video formats and best practices for TikTok, Reels, and paid social. 5. Creative eye for pacing, visual storytelling, and brand-consistent composition. 6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 7. Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing AI-generated content for accuracy and brand fit.
