AI Strategy – Solutions Consultant

Job Description

Worthwhile is seeking an AI Solutions Consultant to identify and qualify Pathfinder opportunities within our client base. You will lead positioning conversations to demonstrate strategic authority and own the pipeline from initial conversation through signed engagement letter. Collaborating with the COO on pricing strategy and proposal development, you will mentor team members as the function scales. Own Pathfinder engagement end-to-end from kickoff through presentation, develop risk assessments covering execution, technology, organizational, and market dimensions, and author and present the Pathfinder Playback to the client's executive team.

Qualifications

1. Five or more years of professional experience in business development or consulting. 2. Ability to lead executive-level conversations about business outcomes. 3. Experience driving user adoption and organizational change. 4. Experience building financial models and ROI analyses. 5. Track record of selling professional services engagements in the $25K–$100K+ range. 6. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 7. Comfort operating autonomously in a small, distributed team.
