Join Primer as an AI Strategy Enablement Lead, where you will spearhead AI adoption across all functions. Act as a crucial link between AI initiatives and various teams, fostering widespread adoption of AI-powered solutions. Your role involves driving the implementation of AI strategies through leadership engagement, scaling AI-driven workflows, and owning the integration of Claude, Primer's AI tooling. Keep Primer at the forefront of AI advancements, shape and execute AI strategies responsibly, build lasting AI literacy, and rigorously measure the business impact of AI initiatives.

Qualifications

1. Possess 3-6 years of relevant experience in AI enablement, operations, transformation, change management, strategy, or a high-growth technology environment. 2. Demonstrate deep and practical AI fluency. 3. Exhibit proven change leadership skills. 4. Manage executive-level stakeholders effectively. 5. Embody a high-agency coaching mindset. 6. Apply structured and analytical thinking to problem-solving. 7. Display high ambition and a bias for action. 8. Nice to have: Prompt engineering expertise, BI or data tooling experience, B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments context, and program management experience.
