Job Description

Implement the complete Agentic AI program focused on customer service. Integrate platform architecture, agent engineering, governance, and organizational adoption so the client can operate their service agents at scale in a secure, standardized, and value-oriented manner. Build a hybrid cloud architecture using Oracle and GCP services, along with market-reference frameworks such as LangChain, MCP Server, and LangFuse. Establish the technical foundation for governance mechanisms, enablement, and outcome management required—specifically for the Customer Service Agents domain. Define and evolve the microservices architecture and cloud-native solutions. Design event-driven architectures using Pub/Sub. Define integration patterns and usage guidelines for LLMs, intelligent agents, and MCP (Model Context Protocol). Design the MCP Gateway architecture for secure integration between agents and external systems. Ensure scalability, resilience, security, and observability of the solutions. Provide technical support to development and product teams.

Qualifications

1. Hands-on experience with agent orchestration and observability frameworks and tools such as LangChain, MCP Server, and LangFuse. 2. Experience in architecture and development on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). 3. Experience in creating, developing, and integrating AI agents (Agentic AI), including the use of LLMs. 4. Knowledge of integrating agents with external systems via APIs, events, or protocols such as MCP. 5. Experience with distributed environments and microservices-based architecture.
