AI Solutions Architect – Post-Sales

Job Description

Join HiddenLayer as an AI Solutions Architect and play a vital role in ensuring the successful integration and deployment of our AI security solutions within customer environments. You will work closely with customers to design and implement secure deployments tailored to their specific needs, whether in the cloud, on-premise, or hybrid setups. Offer technical guidance on infrastructure, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud networking, helping customers adopt best practices for secure AI operations. You will also act as the primary technical point of contact post-sale, ensuring customers derive ongoing value from our products, achieve their security objectives, and scale their deployments effectively. You will diagnose and resolve customer issues, optimize configurations, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement, deliver hands-on workshops, training sessions, and technical documentation to empower customer teams, and capture customer feedback to inform product roadmap priorities and enhancements.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in a post-sales, customer success, or solutions engineering role (AI, security, or cloud-based products preferred). 2. Strong experience with Docker and containerized workloads; familiarity with Kubernetes is highly desirable. 3. Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including cloud networking concepts and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). 4. Python programming experience required; familiarity with AI/ML workflows (LangChain, LangGraph, MLOps tools) is a plus. 5. Skilled at troubleshooting technical issues and guiding customers through iterative solution design. 6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders. 7. Self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate about helping customers succeed.
