AI Software Engineer – Senior/Staff Level

Job Description

Join Joko as an AI Software Engineer and drive the development of our AI shopping assistant. You'll be responsible for the continuous enhancement of Joko AI, architecting our agentic system, and designing evaluation frameworks. Expand the capabilities of Joko AI, tackle large-scale data ingestion, leverage user data for personalization, and prototype new features. Stay updated with the latest models, fine-tune for efficiency, and collaborate with the Product team to enhance UX.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of software engineering experience. 2. Proven track record of building production AI systems. 3. Familiarity with agentic frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph. 4. Experience with LLM observability tools such as LangFuse. 5. Proficiency with LLM APIs and AI system evaluation tooling. 6. Full-stack capabilities. 7. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
