AI Reverse-Engineering Specialist – Software Architect

Job Description

CI&T is seeking an AI Reverse-Engineering Specialist and Software Architect to analyze a RPG codebase using AI tools, extracting behaviors, business rules, and system constraints. The role involves translating findings into a business capabilities map and defining a migration path from the legacy RPG system to a future platform. Collaboration with a legacy systems SME in Minnesota is required for knowledge transfer and system audits.

Qualifications

1. Extensive experience in Software Architecture with a background in RPG/AS400 environments. 2. Proven proficiency in using AI-assisted engineering tools (LLM-based code analysis, automated documentation, etc.). 3. Ability to bridge “black-box” legacy code and modern architecture patterns. 4. Advanced English.
