Job Description

Engage in the design and enhancement of AI-driven chatbots aimed at improving customer interactions across billing, sales, and technical support areas, decreasing the need for human agents. Take part in automating essential business operations to drive enhancements in operational efficiency through the use of advanced AI solutions. Help in the creation and upkeep of scalable AI infrastructures, incorporating new machine learning methods and large language models (LLMs) where applicable. Assess and utilize various AI models, including LLMs, reasoning models, machine learning, and function calling models to address diverse objectives. Contribute to strategic planning for integrating speech-to-text capabilities and real-time voice APIs, specifically for telephony systems. Work in close collaboration with team members to assess and incorporate cutting-edge AI technologies and tools, ensuring AI systems are robust and dependable. Participate in the testing and quality control of AI systems, guaranteeing precise and effective performance. Manage and maintain AI agents across a variety of platforms, ensuring their uninterrupted operation and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

1. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. 2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. 3. Experience in the development and deployment of AI chatbots, focusing on customer service or support roles (billing, sales, technical support). 4. Possess a strong foundation in automation tools and methodologies, with documented instances of addressing and resolving automation challenges. 5. Understanding of machine learning models, specifically LLMs and reasoning models. 6. Hands-on experience utilizing OpenAI or related AI models (e.g., ChatGPT, Mistral). 7. Experience utilizing APIs in OpenAI and other AI models to develop large-scale applications. 8. Exposure to frameworks designed for large-scale AI projects and effective AI agent management. 9. Practical skills with Robot Framework or comparable testing frameworks. 10. Knowledge of voice technologies and APIs, including experience with OpenAI’s real-time API (or a willingness to learn and explore these technologies). 11. Adaptable to a fast-moving, evolving roadmap, with a focus on incorporating features like speech-to-text functionality.
