AI Engineer – Software Engineer

Job Description

Design and develop the business logic and architecture of our AI solutions using Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js, ensuring clean and scalable code. Build, deploy, and optimize multi-agent systems and complex agentic flows oriented to solving real product challenges. Develop tools and connect LLMs with databases, APIs, and external systems using MCP (Model Context Protocol). Decide pragmatically when to implement commercial APIs or when to deploy and tune Open Source models (Llama, Mistral, Qwen...) based on costs, latency, and privacy. Work by integrating AI-assisted tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) into your own daily workflow to iterate and deliver software at maximum speed.

Qualifications

1. +4 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Backend using Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js, with criteria to design clean and scalable architectures. 2. Minimum 2-3 years of practical experience in AI: You have built and deployed real systems using agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK or similar. 3. Mastery of AI-assisted programming: You routinely use Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted coding tools. 4. Experience with Cloud Providers (AWS, GCP or Azure) to deploy and scale AI solutions in production. 5. Familiarity with MLOps and observability tools to monitor the behavior, costs, and latencies of models and agents in production. 6. Knowledge of Data Science and NLP applied to business analysis. 7. Fluent Spanish, both spoken and written.
