AI Engineer

Job Description

Join Product Hackers as an AI Engineer and build AI agent systems capable of executing autonomous workflows. Orchestrate multiple models, tools, and data sources to solve complex business problems. Enhance your productivity with AI-assisted programming (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot). Implement Generative AI solutions in production, including advanced RAG systems, intelligent chatbots, and natural language processing pipelines. Integrate AI into the product stack, connecting intelligent solutions with frontend, backend, APIs, and existing data platforms. Experiment and prototype rapidly, testing new models, techniques, and architectures to validate growth hypotheses with AI. Contribute to Product Hackers' AI strategy by identifying opportunities to apply artificial intelligence to digital product growth and proposing new service lines.

Qualifications

1. 4+ years of experience in software development, preferably with Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js, with criteria to design clean and scalable architectures. 2. Practical experience with AI agents and agentic flows: You have built multi-agent systems, orchestrated tools with frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK or similar, and understand the design patterns of agents (planning, use of tools, memory, evaluation). 3. Mastery of AI-assisted programming: You regularly use Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted coding tools. 4. Solid knowledge of LLMs and Generative AI: advanced prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG systems, model evaluation (evals), grounding and hallucination mitigation techniques. 5. Experience with Cloud Providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to deploy and scale AI solutions in production. 6. Familiarity with MLOps and observability tools to monitor the behavior of models and agents in production. 7. Fluent Spanish, both spoken and written.
