AI Engineer

Job Description

Join our team as an AI Engineer and contribute to the seamless integration of data science tools and processes into our products and services. You'll analyze data, provide insights to the product development team, and collaborate with engineering teams to optimize solution implementation and monitoring. Your research and recommendations will shape our data science and engineering best practices.

Qualifications

1. 3+ years of experience developing production Python code, showcasing proficiency in code review, unit testing (pytest, unittest), and maintaining codebases exceeding 10K lines. 2. Strong CI/CD pipeline experience using Git, Azure DevOps/GitHub, and Docker. 3. Hands-on experience in building and maintaining ML pipelines, covering ETL processes, data versioning, and model deployment. 4. Experience with modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow for model development, and scikit-learn for classical ML. 5. Working knowledge of LLM deployment patterns, including prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, and fine-tuning approaches. 6. Proficiency with NLP libraries: Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, or LangChain. 7. Experience in managing datasets larger than 1TB and implementing data quality validation frameworks. 8. Cloud platform experience (Azure preferred) including compute, storage, and managed ML services. 9. Familiarity with model quantization, optimization techniques (ONNX, TensorRT), and cost-efficient inference strategies. 10. Experience leveraging AI Code Assistants/Agents like Claude Code.
