AI Enablement Partner – HR
Job Description
This role is at the intersection of People, Technology, and AI, helping transform the HR team through AI and automation. As an AI Enablement Partner, you'll design, build, and scale intelligent automation across the People technology ecosystem. Bridge the gap between current systems and future capabilities using low-code platforms, AI agents, and smart integrations to eliminate repetitive tasks and accelerate decision-making. Partner with teams across the People org to co-design AI and automation solutions that fit their needs. Responsibilities include: 1. Designing and building automations to remove repetitive work across the People tech stack. 2. Developing AI-powered solutions like copilots and intelligent workflows to improve self-service and support. 3. Working with the IT team to connect systems like Workday, SmartRecruiters, and CultureAmp through scalable integrations. 4. Ensuring clean, structured, analytics-ready data through automation and validation workflows. 5. Acting as a force multiplier across the PSA team, supporting, troubleshooting, and scaling impact. 6. Continuously improving automation performance, reliability, and ROI across the ecosystem. 7. Serving as buffer capacity for other HR Systems Analyst roles during peak periods.
Qualifications
1. Experience building and shipping production-ready automations using platforms like Workato or N8N. 2. Experience in HR Tech or a related domain, with a curiosity about People challenges. 3. Familiarity with the AI builder space. 4. Experience shipping LLM copilots or intelligent workflows and understanding their applications. 5. Experience in a consulting or L&D capacity, such as internal advisory or change enablement. 6. Understanding that automation adoption requires enablement and training. 7. Ability to think in systems and design across complex tech ecosystems. 8. Strong data instincts with a focus on accuracy and structure. 9. Clear communication skills to translate technical concepts into actionable ideas. 10. A bias for action, spotting inefficiencies, and creating scalable solutions.
