AI Enablement Engineer

Job Description

Become an AI Enablement Engineer and help shape the future of our engineering teams. You will be responsible for: • Staying informed on the most valuable AI tools and technologies. • Conducting thorough testing and providing evidence-based recommendations. • Taking AI prototypes and transitioning them into production-ready solutions. • Ensuring proper operational aspects, including access control, cost management, and audit trails. • Managing the AI coding assistant stack. • Developing and maintaining shared infrastructure. • Assisting teams in effectively utilizing AI tools. • Collaborating with the Chief Architect to define best practices.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you'll need: 1. A strong background in software engineering. 2. Experience shipping production code across multiple stacks. 3. Hands-on experience using AI coding agents in real-world projects. 4. Experience with AI feature production. 5. Familiarity with agentic patterns like MCP, tool use, context management, prompt engineering, and evaluation. 6. A curious mindset. 7. Solid infrastructure practices, including version control, scripting, reproducibility, and observability. 8. Excellent communication skills to interact with engineers of all levels. 9. Self-direction and the ability to work independently.
