Become a key player in a mental health tech startup as an AI-Driven Legal & Operations Expert. Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency across all tasks. Responsibilities: - Utilize AI tools to optimize workflows and decision-making. - Research regulations across various jurisdictions and draft necessary legal documents, including T&Cs, Privacy Policies, and Cookie Policies. - Assist in building the hiring engine by writing job posts, screening candidates, and conducting initial interviews. - Manage third-party communications and represent the company professionally in outreach efforts. - Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to inform business strategies. - Contribute to the creation of engaging social media content and campaign ideas.

Qualifications

1. Fluent in English (written and spoken) at a professional level. 2. Expertise in prompt engineering and familiarity with the current AI ecosystem, including LLMs and workflow tools like Zapier/Make. 3. A law degree and a strong understanding of legal frameworks with a vision for disrupting traditional processes using AI. 4. An operational mindset with the ability to identify and automate manual processes. 5. Adaptability to switch between legal analysis and candidate interviews seamlessly. 6.
