AI Copy Lead

Job Description

Compose outstanding copy for product rollouts, feature reveals, pricing structures, and marketing efforts across diverse platforms, including websites, emails, in-app content, social media, and beyond. Craft content that resonates with human readers. Translate complex technical details into easily understandable terms without sounding overly technical. Manage quick iteration cycles with Product Marketing Management, Content, Creative, and Web teams, producing drafts, integrating feedback promptly, and maintaining version control in Docs/tasks until final approval. Utilize qualitative insights and performance metrics to validate and refine messaging, incorporating user feedback, internal reviews, and post-launch findings. Integrate learnings into scalable workflows, creating templates, prompt libraries, and Super Agent workflows that enable the broader marketing organization to draft, quality assure, and update high-performing copy more efficiently while adhering to brand standards.

Qualifications

1. Demonstrated experience in writing effective copy for SaaS, tech, or product marketing (portfolio required). 2. Solid understanding of software concepts and the ability to convey technical information to a wide range of audiences. 3. Eagerness and confidence in using AI to improve writing quality and streamline workflows. 4. Background in creating or overseeing AI-powered tools, agents, or automated systems. 5. Strong teamwork capabilities and the capacity to collaborate across different departments. 6. Creative mindset, drive to excel, and a continuous pursuit of improvement.
