AI Automation, Insights Analyst – ASO, UA, CRM

Job Description

Seeking an AI Automation & Insights Analyst to build automated pipelines for data analysis and reporting, focusing on ASO, UA, and CRM insights. The role involves hands-on work in BigQuery, using AI tools to accelerate SQL, analysis, and visualization. The analyst will integrate data via APIs, create clear storytelling with actionable recommendations, and implement QA checks for critical outputs. Collaboration with growth teams is key to optimizing mobile app growth.

Qualifications

1. 2–5 years of experience in analytics, growth analytics, marketing analytics, BI, or a similar role. 2. Strong SQL skills (BigQuery preferred). 3. Ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations. 4. Working knowledge of ASO, UA/performance marketing, or CRM/lifecycle marketing. 5. Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and tools. 6. Comfort with APIs and automation concepts. 7. Excellent English communication. 8. Nice to have: n8n (or Zapier/Make/Airflow) experience. 9. Experience with mobile measurement and privacy constraints. 10. Hands-on exposure to UA platforms or CRM tooling. 11. Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript for scripting.
