AI-Assisted Developer – Prompt Engineer, Entry-Level

Job Description

Become an AI-Assisted Developer, harnessing tools like Claude to generate code from structured prompts, debug and refine outputs, and iterate toward production-ready solutions. This role involves breaking down problems into structured prompts and workflows, experimenting with rapid prototyping using AI assistance, and clearly documenting prompts, outputs, and learnings. Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions, communicating ideas, challenges, and solutions effectively.

Qualifications

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 2. Strong clarity of thought and ability to explain concepts simply. 3. Basic programming understanding (language agnostic—Python, JavaScript, etc.). 4. Familiarity with AI coding tools like Claude or similar. 5. Ability to write structured prompts and refine them based on outputs. 6. Internship experience (2-3 months) in development, automation, or AI-related work. 7. Experience using AI tools to build small applications, automate workflows, or generate scripts/utilities. 8. Exposure to prompt engineering concepts, debugging AI-generated code, and rapid prototyping.
