Job Description

Shape the future of AI as an AI Architect at Infosys Consulting. In this role, you'll design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge autonomous AI agent ecosystems using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, and Semantic Kernel. You'll architect LLM-powered workflows, enabling multi-agent collaboration, decision logic, memory management, and external tool integration. Collaborate with consulting teams to align AI agent solutions with business goals across diverse sectors such as FSI, Retail, and Manufacturing. Participate in RFI/RFP responses, crafting impactful solution overviews and architectural diagrams. Engage with AI Strategists, Engagement Managers, and Domain SMEs to define solution blueprints and transformation roadmaps. Showcase the potential of Agentic AI through client workshops and demos, contributing to reusable agent templates within Infosys' AI frameworks. Stay updated with GenAI advancements and mentor junior consultants. Work with cross-functional teams on AI governance and integration.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field; PhD preferred. 2. 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with 5+ years as a Solution Architect and 4+ years of hands-on LLM and autonomous AI agent development. 3. Strong experience with Python and orchestration libraries like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen. 4. Deep knowledge of LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.), prompt engineering, and autonomous task execution. 5. Experience with pre-sales and RFP/RFI support in a consulting or enterprise services setting. 6. Understanding of enterprise solutioning with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), API integration, and data security. 7. Exceptional communication and consulting skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders. 8. Hands-on exposure to cognitive architectures or reinforcement learning in real-world deployments. 9. Experience integrating AI agents into enterprise apps like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP via APIs. 10. Knowledge of AI observability, performance monitoring, and ethical guidelines in GenAI systems.
