AI Analyst

Job Description

This is a remote position. AI Analyst (Colombia). Your main role will be to manage the entire lifecycle of AI solutions, from the design and preparation of data to its implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement. You'll ensure good technical practices, security, and alignment with organizational goals, contributing to the company's success in the AI field.

Qualifications

1. Professional academic background in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields. 2. Desirable specialization or certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science. 3. Technical knowledge: Orchestration of AI agents and frameworks such as AnythingLLM, LangChain, or AutoGen/CrewAI. 4. Fundamentals of Machine Learning: classical models, neural networks, fine-tuning of transformers, and embeddings. 5. Development in Python (clean architecture, pytest testing, REST services). 6. Desirable experience in FastAPI, asynchronous programming, and REST/gRPC APIs. 7. Relational data modeling and ETL processes. 8. Desirable knowledge in Airflow, Prefect, or real-time processing (Kafka). 9. MLOps: Git, Docker, DVC; desirable MLflow, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. 10. Basic knowledge in cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure; desirable AWS or GCP). 11. Vector databases and semantic search (Pinecone, pgvector, Milvus – desirable). 12. Intermediate proficiency in office automation tools (intermediate Excel). 13. Intermediate English (advanced desirable). 14. Minimum 2 years of professional experience. 15. At least 1 year in technology projects related to AI, Machine Learning, data management, or statistical analysis. 16. Desirable experience in the development of intelligent agents, MLOps, or model deployment in productive environments.
