Job Description

Assume ownership of the complete delivery lifecycle, encompassing sprint planning, execution, release management, and retrospective analysis. Take proactive steps to detect and eliminate impediments, escalating issues with relevant context and proposed solutions. Employ Scrum/Kanban metrics, such as velocity, cycle time, and throughput, to enhance the efficiency of the delivery pipeline. Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams to maintain progress without delays. Implement AI tools to assist with reporting, sprint summarization, and process automation. Integrate and expand AI-driven methodologies within delivery workflows. Maintain strict control over project scope and efficiently manage changes during sprints through transparent communication. Convert stakeholder requirements into concrete tasks and well-defined acceptance criteria. Nurture a team atmosphere characterized by high trust and psychological safety. Promote a culture of ongoing enhancement via actionable retrospective analyses.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Project Lead, or Delivery Project Manager. 2. Proven experience in managing project delivery within product-centric teams, ideally composed of up to 20 members. 3. Practical, hands-on involvement with Scrum ceremonies and a demonstrated capacity for delivery ownership. 4. Excellent at identifying and eliminating impediments, with a focus on driving project execution rather than mere facilitation. 5. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalents. 6. Knowledgeable in the application of Kanban metrics, including cycle time, lead time, and throughput. 7. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
