Job Description

Stefanini is seeking a customer service agent proficient in Spanish to provide exceptional support. Responsibilities include: - Creating cases, sites, instruments, contacts, and performing verification processes. - Returning calls to clients who have left voicemail messages. - Adhering to account instructions. - Identifying client issues and forwarding cases to the appropriate support queue. - Routing cases and service orders for peripherals and replacement parts. - Providing clients with updates on the status of their cases.

Qualifications

To qualify for the Customer Service Agent role, you should have: 1. High school diploma. 2. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. 3. Excellent communication skills. 4. Fluency in Spanish for effective communication. 5. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. 6. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
