Affiliate Marketing Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to independently manage creator partnerships for top brands in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You will identify, reach out to, and onboard new creator partners, manage and optimize ongoing collaborations with a focus on performance and revenue, and collaborate closely with the founders.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in influencer marketing, ideally in an agency or brand environment. 2. Strong sense for creator trends and what converts on social media. 3. Strong communication skills; ability to inspire people and build long-term relationships. 4. Full availability and willingness to go the extra mile.
