Job Description
We are looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager to support the creation and launch of integrated campaigns across digital, paid media, email, and social platforms. Responsibilities include: - Translating messaging and positioning into channel-ready assets and activation plans. - Coordinating campaign calendars, ensuring key milestones are met and launch dates are achieved. - Collaborating with the Centers of Excellence teams to ensure campaigns align with global objectives and ways of working. - Liaising with Product Marketing to gather local insights and ensure message relevance. - Working with creative agencies to manage campaign assets, provide feedback, and ensure timely delivery. - Developing and maintaining campaign documentation including briefs, asset trackers, and launch checklists. - Monitoring and optimizing live campaign performance across channels and compile regular reports. - Analyzing campaign metrics and support monthly, quarterly, and post-campaign reporting to surface insights and recommend optimizations. - Ensuring campaign readiness by managing QA, approvals, asset handoffs, and go-live processes. - Maintaining a library of campaign materials, templates, and documentation for reuse and consistency.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have: 1. A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. 2. Significant experience in marketing or campaign execution roles. 3. Strong project management and organizational skills with a focus on detail and follow-through. 4. Understanding of integrated marketing and digital channels. 5. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, CMS, project management tools). 6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. 8. Understanding of the U.S. higher education market, sales cycles, and marketing for B2B2C, preferred.
