Job Description
The Accommodations Scheduling Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring candidates receive the necessary support for their exams. Key responsibilities include: 1. Scheduling and Implementing Accommodations: Coordinating with clients, candidates, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service; executing accommodation requests according to client guidelines within a 1-business day KPI; working with vendors to schedule ancillary support like readers, interpreters, and translators; ensuring equipment, software, and exam content are prepared and shipped to test centers; communicating exam details to test centers for proper preparation; and serving as a subject matter expert on test center capacity guidelines. 2. Client Support: Serving as the primary contact for accommodation scheduling inquiries; managing accommodation approval data from clients accurately and securely; and escalating non-standard requests to the Accommodation Review team.
Qualifications
1. High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred. 2. 2+ years in a customer service position. 3. Strong professional communication and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail. 4. Ability to handle confidential material with discretion. 5. Proficiency in MS Office.
