Job Description

The Ads Creative Strategist is responsible for delivering exceptional creative media solutions to our clients. This involves staying current with trends on TikTok and Instagram Reels, along with identifying and engaging potential content creators. Responsibilities include: - Researching and connecting with potential content creators. - Monitoring and reporting on the latest TikTok and Instagram Reels trends. - Developing an in-depth understanding of each client's brand, values, target customer profiles, and specific needs. - Creating detailed script briefs for content creators that align with brand guidelines and incorporate creative video concepts. - Coordinating and communicating with content creators to assemble project teams. - Conducting quality control checks on received content to ensure adherence to guidelines.

Qualifications

Key requirements include: 1. Proven experience in developing compelling creative content across various niches. 2. Comprehensive knowledge of social media trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram Reels. 3. Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with content creators, colleagues, and clients. 4. A strong ability to generate innovative concepts based on emerging trends. 5. Excellent presentation, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality work promptly. 6. High level of accountability, responsiveness, and ability to meet deadlines. 7. Aptitude for working with people, problem-solving, and critical/analytical thinking. 8. Growth-oriented and receptive to constructive feedback. 9. Familiarity with remote work environments (experience is a plus). 10. Availability and responsiveness during office hours (Mondays to Fridays, 3-6 PM BCN time). 11. Stable internet connection, a laptop or PC, and the ability to attend virtual video conferences. 12. Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 13. Openness to receiving and providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
