Adoption Services Specialist – eDiscovery, Legal Data Intelligence

Job Description

As an Adoption Services Specialist, you will: - Partner with customers as a consultant, guiding them to adopt and improve their Legal Data Intelligence workflows using RelativityOne's AI platform. - Spearhead strategic engagements that align with customer goals, translating capabilities into tangible results. - Travel up to 20% to provide onsite consultations and workshops. - Advise on leveraging AI, cloud workflows, and extensibility for efficiency and defensibility. - Lead discussions to help customers mature their models and extract more value. - Collaborate with teams to enhance learning experiences. - Identify common challenges and provide feedback to improve adoption strategies. - Promote best practices in using AI tools, balancing efficiency with critical thinking and accuracy.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role: 1. You need 3+ years of customer-facing support in Legal Data Intelligence or eDiscovery. 2. You need experience in the software technology sector, preferably SasS or cloud-based platforms. 3. You should be able to navigate ambiguity with curiosity. 4. You need strong communication skills to explain technical concepts. 5. You should have a collaborative mindset. 6. You should be able to actively listen and provide effective solutions. 7. You need strong organizational and time-management skills. 8. Experience with AI/ML solutions is a plus. 9. Relativity Certified Administrator is a plus.
