Adobe Personalization Developer

Job Description

Join our team as an Adobe Personalization Developer and play a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement through personalized experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, analytics, and IT, to implement personalization goals and strategies across Adobe's digital platforms. Develop and execute personalized content strategies using Adobe Experience Cloud solutions like Adobe Target, Analytics, and Data Collection (Launch) to optimize user experiences. Work closely with the user experience and testing & optimization team to plan and implement new user experiences, ensuring alignment with personalization objectives. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in customer data management and marketing technology to drive innovation and improve personalization efforts.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, marketing, digital media, or a related field. 2. 7+ years of experience working as a software developer, data engineer, or related role, focusing on marketing technology, personalization, and optimization. 3. 5+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Cloud, specifically, Data Collection (Launch), Analytics, and Target. 4. 3+ years of experience developing applications using JavaScript. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 6. Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 7. Proven track record of driving successful outcomes in optimizing customer journeys. 8. Knowledge and experience with conversion rate optimization.
