Job Description

Engage with qualified leads, advising on course choices and enrollment. Manage student applications: schedule interviews, guide prospective students, communicate value, and keep applicants engaged. Handle a high volume of prospective students (100+ daily) via phone, SMS, video, email, and chat. Strive to exceed admissions targets. Master course offerings through training. Lead information sessions and sales events. Support junior staff development. Ensure effective administration. Identify new business opportunities. Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

1. 1+ year in the tech industry in South Africa. 2. 2+ years of full-time sales experience in a closing role. 3. 1+ year managing complex sales cycles. 4. 2+ years meeting revenue targets. 5. 2+ years managing CRM pipelines. 6. Ability to record productivity and maintain sales CRM systems. 7. Fast learner with excellent communication skills. 8. Problem-solving and positive attitude towards education. 9. Experience in education or e-learning. 10. Knowledge of Java and Python. 11. Related Marketing, Commerce, or Tech Bachelors Degree. 12. 1+ year in digital marketing and lead generation. 13. 1+ year in a team leadership role.
