Job Description

Coordinate and oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality benchmarks. Manage remote teams, fostering productivity, clear communication, and alignment with corporate goals. Enhance operational and administrative workflows, pinpointing opportunities for ongoing enhancement. Support talent management initiatives: recruitment, onboarding processes, performance monitoring, and team member growth. Track operational KPIs and recommend corrective measures or enhancements. Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction levels. Assist in the planning and management of operational and administrative resources effectively. Facilitate the deployment of tools and systems designed to boost operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in operational roles within service or outsourcing companies. 2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline. 3. Proven experience in managing teams, preferably in remote settings. 4. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. 5. Demonstrated experience in client management and operational oversight.
