Job Description

Become the operational right hand of the founder, ensuring meticulous documentation, tracking, and measurement of all activities. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining the client database in Airtable. Document ongoing engagements in ClickUp, including deliverables, deadlines, owners, and statuses. Compile and analyze hours worked per engagement to evaluate client profitability. Prepare simple dashboards to track agency goals, such as revenue, utilization rate, and profitability. You'll also be involved in writing and updating internal procedures (SOPs) for recurring tasks, preparing reports, and conducting client follow-ups, contributing to improving existing tools.

Qualifications

1. Currently enrolled in an administrative or management program (or equivalent qualification). 2. Comfortable with digital tools (familiarity with Airtable, ClickUp, Make.com is a plus). 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Autonomous, curious, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 5. Good written communication in French (English is an asset). 6. Comfortable in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
