Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide operational and administrative support to the Executive Assistant for the CEO. Responsibilities include ensuring the executive calendar is accurate and actionable, conducting detailed research to support meetings and travel, and assisting with travel logistics, including trip details and confirmations.

Qualifications

1. An associate degree in business, operations, or a related field is required. 2. Experience in administrative support or executive assistance is necessary. 3. Ability to perform research for various opportunities. 4. Strong writing skills and experience. 5. Creativity, operational efficiency, and the ability to execute under short timelines. 6. Experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft Teams experience is required).
