Join Avahi as a Remote Administrative Assistant and provide crucial operational support to CIO Staff leaders. This role involves coordinating team activities, managing complex calendars, and ensuring leaders are well-prepared for meetings. You'll draft and organize leadership communications, track action items, and maintain internal records with high accuracy. Enhance team engagement through effective communication on channels like Slack, reducing administrative overhead and improving execution discipline. Answer incoming calls, communicate with vendors, and support ad hoc administrative projects across the team. You'll be a key player in fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

1. Requires 2+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or office support role. 2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Windows OS, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 3. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills — clear and professional. 4. Demonstrated ability to track multiple workstreams and follow through without being prompted. 5. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing ambiguity. 6. Able to work independently in a fully remote environment, aligned to US time zones. 7. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
